  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1/3 item
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • butter flavoring - 1 tsp
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
  • sherry extract - 1 tsp

How to make sweet potato crunch:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts1/3 c. flour1/3 stick margarine Mix the ingredients and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 325°.
