- flour - 1 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- round steak - 1 to
- jar whole mushrooms - 1 item
- water with 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved - 1 c
- medium onion, cut in cubes - 1 item
How to make smothered steak:
Cut round steak into pieces. Cut onion into cubes. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge steak in flour mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce to dissolved bouillon cube in 1 cup water. Layer round steak, alternating with onion and mushrooms in aRecipe categories: Low sodium, Meat, Beef.
