Vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- peanut oil - 2 Tbsp
- stalk celery - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 c
- carrot - 1 item
- onion, cut into wedges - 1 c
- small bell pepper, julienned - 1 item
- small yellow squash optional - 1 item
- small zucchini optional - 1 item
How to make vegetable stir-fry:
Heat peanut oil in a wok or skillet until hot. Stir-fry squash and carrots about 1 minute. Add onion and celery for approximately 2 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce and stir-fry approximately 30 seconds.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, European.
