Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- nuts
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Topping:1 c. nuts1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 stick margarine Mix the first 7 ingredients well. Put in oblong baking pan or glass dish. Mix last 4 ingredients for topping well and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
