  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
  • large sweet potato, peeled - 1 item

How to make sweet potato chips:

Slice potato very thin; arrange in single layer on baking sheets coated with vegetable spray. Spray potatoes and bake at 325° for 14 minutes. Remove when brown and sprinkle salt to taste. Store in airtight container. Makes 3 dozen.
