Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- salt to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- cumin - 1 tsp
- garlic buds, minced - 2 item
- minced hot red pepper
How to make chili:
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic buds in butter until ground beef is no longer pink. Add other ingredients. Cook slowly for 2 hours or longer. Cooked or canned red kidney beans may be added after chili is cooked.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
