  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • light brown sugar
  • mashed potatoes - 3 c
  • stick melted margarine - 1/3 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1/3 stick melted margarine1 c. chopped nuts1/3 c. self-rising flour Mix first 7 ingredients and put in baking dish. For topping, mix brown sugar, margarine, nuts and flour. Pour on top and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
