Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/4 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix the first 7 ingredients and pour into a buttered Pyrex dish. Mix next 3 ingredients together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Melt 1 stick of margarine and drizzle over top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
