flour - 2/3 c
melted margarine - 1/2 c
mashed, boiled or canned sweet potatoes, drained - 6 c
Spread in casserole dish
chopped pecans or reduce to 1 c - 2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Beat together with electric mixer. Spread in casserole dish.Topping:1 c. light brown sugar2/3 c. flour2/3 c. melted margarine2 c. chopped pecans (or reduce to 1 c.) Spread over potatoes, bake at 350° until puffy.
