  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar
  • coconut - 1 item
  • nuts - 1 item
  • plain flour - 1/4 c
  • margarine, melted
  • mashed sweet potatoes, drained - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar coconut2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted1/4 c. plain flour nuts Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and margarine. Mix together brown sugar, margarine, flour and nuts; put on top of mixture. Sprinkle coconut over this. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
