  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • oleo - 1/3 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • canned milk - 1/2 c
  • medium sweet potatoes - 3 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. oleo1 c. chopped pecans Cook sweet potatoes until soft; drain and mash. Mix with next 5 ingredients. Put in casserole dish.

Mix brown sugar, flour, oleo and chopped nuts together and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Cook 35 minutes at 350°.
