- evaporated milk - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 2/3 c
- butter flavoring - 2 Tbsp
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 6 c
- Combine remaining ingredients and put in baking dish
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Melt margarine. Combine remaining ingredients and put in baking dish.Topping:1 c. light brown sugar4 Tbsp. margarine1 c. coconut3/4 c. chopped pecans Mix ingredients for topping in a separate bowl and sprinkle over. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
