  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/3 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • soft margarine - 1/3 c
  • medium sweet potatoes - 4 item
  • Add the vanilla, eggs, sugar and melted margarine

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Cook the sweet potatoes; mash with mixer. Add the vanilla, eggs, sugar and melted margarine. Put in casserole dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. soft margarine1 c. coconut1 c. nuts Mix ingredients together; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
