Ingredients/Components

  • large sweet potatoes, cooked - 4 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • cornflakes, crushed
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • flour - 1/2 Tbsp

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. cornflakes, crushed1 c. brown sugar1 stick margarine1/2 Tbsp. flour Potato Mixture: Combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and margarine together. Add potatoes. Pour into casserole dish.

Topping: Melt margarine in saucepan. Add cornflakes, brown sugar and flour; mix well. Add topping mixture by sprinkling over potatoes. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
