  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • Topping:1/2 c
  • mashed potatoes, cooked and drained - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix well and pour in buttered baking dish.Topping:1/2 c. flour1 stick margarine1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans Mix ingredients and spread on top of other. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
