Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • brown sugar
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • small can coconut - 1 item
  • small bag miniature marshmallows - 1 item
  • large cans sweet potatoes - 2 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. melted butter1 small bag miniature marshmallows Mix ingredients and place in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients, except for marshmallows and butter. Spread over top of sweet potato mixture. Drizzle butter over sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add marshmallows and brown.
