Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick margarine or butter1 c. coconut Mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered casserole. Spread topping over top.Mix together the brown sugar, margarine or butter and coconut for the topping. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
