Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • stick butter - 1/3 item
  • cinnamon optional - 1 tsp
  • cans sweet potatoes - 2 oz

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 stick butter1 c. chopped pecans Stir ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes, until firm. Mix ingredients for topping. Spread on top of casserole and bake for 10 more minutes.
