Sweet potato casserole

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1/2 c
• flour - 1 c
• vanilla flavoring
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• pecans - 1 2
• sweet potatoes - 1 qt
• Topping:1 stick butter, softened

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 stick butter, softened1 c. flour1 to 2 c. pecans Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Add ingredients and mix until mashed. Be sure to mix well. Place ingredients into casserole dish. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes covered with foil. Uncover. Mix topping ingredients. Top the casserole and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
