  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar, packed - 2 Tbsp
  • active dry yeast - 1 pkg
  • all-purpose or bread flour - 3 3
  • sweet potatoes - 1 lb
  • warm milk 105~F - 115~F - 1 c

How to make sweet potato buns:

Bake or broil sweet potatoes until tender. Cool. Remove potato from skins and mash. (You should have 1 cup.) In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Stir in mashed sweet potatoes, oil, brown sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Turn dough out onto flou
