Sweet potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- small marshmallows
- pecan nuts - 1/2 c
- large or 8 medium size sweet potatoes - 5 item
How to make sweet potato bake:
Peel and cut up potatoes. Cook until soft. Drain. In baking dish, layer potatoes, marshmallows, sugar and nuts. Put marshmallows, nuts and sugar on top and sprinkle tablespoon of cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
