Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • small marshmallows - 3 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • apples, peeled and sliced - 2 c
  • medium size sweet potatoes - 3 item

How to make sweet potatoes:

Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick, put in bottom of baking dish, cover with apples and marshmallows. Stir sugar, salt and cinnamon together; sprinkle over potatoes. Mix cornstarch and water together and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
