- flour - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
How to make potato pancakes:
Use leftover mashed potatoes from refrigerator. For every two cups potatoes, add 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup onion and 1 egg. Stir ingredients and make into patties. Fry in skillet until brown on each side.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Side dish.
