Sweet dill pickles
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- dill pickles - 1 qt
How to make sweet dill pickles:
Drain and wash pickles. Cut in quarters or chunks. Bring sugar, vinegar and seed to boil. Let cool. Pour over pickles. Store in glass jar in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Water baths, Heirloom/historical.
