Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 6 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- center cut pork chops - 6 item
- small bell pepper, sliced in strips - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour pork:
Pour vegetable oil in skillet; heat on low heat. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour until well coated on both sides. Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove pork chops and saute onions and bell pepper in drippings. RemoveRecipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Pork.
