Sweet and sour coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- cider vinegar
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- plus 1 1/2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium carrot, shredded - 1 item
- medium head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour coleslaw:
In a small bowl, whisk together the first 7 ingredients.Place the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
