Sweet and sour carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- sliced carrots - 1 lb
- can chunk pineapple - 1 oz
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour carrots:
Cook carrots for 15 minutes. Add green pepper to carrots and cook 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Cook until thick. Pour over carrots.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
