  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • dairy sour cream - 3/4 c
  • melted butter
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt
  • fine bread crumbs - 3/4 c
  • large pared potatoes - 6 item

How to make swedish potatoes:

Topping:1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter3/4 c. fine bread crumbs Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Turn into well-buttered casserole.

Topping: Melt butter; add crumbs. Toss with fork and put on casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
