  • potatoes - 2 lb
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • milk - 1/3 1/2
  • green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Cook potatoes; mash with milk and butter. Beat in remaining ingredients. Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° for 40 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Makes 6 servings.
