Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 2 lb
- butter - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- milk - 1/3 1/2
- green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cook potatoes; mash with milk and butter. Beat in remaining ingredients. Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° for 40 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
