  • light cream
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • ground pork - 1 lb
  • milk
  • eggs - 3 item
  • minced onion - 1/4 c
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • Mix in meat thoroughly
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • pinch of nutmeg - 1 item

How to make swedish meatballs:

Soak bread crumbs in cream and milk. Mix in meat thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients.Sauce:2 c. sour cream1 can cream of celery soup1 can cream of mushroom soup pinch of nutmeg Add water for desired thickness.
