Swedish apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- peeled, sliced apples
How to make swedish apple pie:
Grease 9-inch plate with butter. Fill 2/3 full with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup sugar with melted butter and pecans. Add flour, egg and salt. Mix well. Spread over apples. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
