  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • melted butter - 3/4 c
  • peeled, sliced apples

How to make swedish apple pie:

Grease 9-inch plate with butter. Fill 2/3 full with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup sugar with melted butter and pecans. Add flour, egg and salt. Mix well. Spread over apples. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes or until golden brown.
