Ingredients/Components

  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 4
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • bourbon - 1/3 c
  • cream - 1/3 c
  • orange juice - 1/3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make praline topped sweet potatoes:

Mix together the first 10 ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix the last four ingredients together and pour over potato mixture for the topping. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
