Mexican dip
Ingredients/Components
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- can bean dip - 1 oz
- ripe avocados, mashed - 2 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 16 oz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- black olives, sliced - 1 item
- nacho chips - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Layer 1: Mix together refried beans and bean dip. Spread in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.Layer 2: Mix together avocados, lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Spread over Layer 1.
Layer 3: Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread over Layer 2.
Layer 4: Spread tomatoes and green onion on top of Layer 3.
Layer 5: Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of Layer 4. Garnish with black olives. Refrigerate. Serve with nacho chips.
