  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut
  • melted oleo - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sunday sweet potatoes:

Topping:1 c. coconut1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. melted oleo Mix together the first 6 ingredients; pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray (Pam).

Mix the 5 topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake at 375° until brown, approximately 1 hour.
