Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Topping:1 c
How to make sunday sweet potatoes:
Mix and place in buttered casserole.Topping:1 c. nuts, chopped coarsely (pecans or walnuts)1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted Blend the first 3 ingredients and add melted butter; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
