Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- carrots - 2 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- bean sprouts - 1/2 lb
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- large mushrooms, sliced - 10 item
- Sake - 1/4 c
- sirloin, thinly sliced 4 oz - 1 lb
- cake Japanese tofu - 1 item
- yam noodles saifun - 1 lb
How to make sukiyaki:
Sauce:1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. Sake4 Tbsp. sugar In a pitcher, mix the sauce ingredients. Diagonally cut carrots, celery and green onions. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes. Drain and rinse yam noodles. Rinse and drain bean sprouts. Arrange ingredieRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
