Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 Tbsp
• shortening - 2/3 c
• self-rising flour - 3 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Blend first 4 ingredients. Gradually add flour. Mix thoroughly adding flour as needed for handling. Roll on floured board and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375° on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
