Ingredients/Components
- beaten egg - 1 item
- snipped parsley - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- jumbo shells - 8 item
- low-fat Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- low-fat small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
How to make stuffed shells:
Cook shells according to directions. Cool. Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley and oregano together. Stuff into shells. Place in baking dish and pour stewed tomatoes over all. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
