  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • snipped parsley - 2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • jumbo shells - 8 item
  • low-fat Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
  • low-fat small curd cottage cheese - 1 c

How to make stuffed shells:

Cook shells according to directions. Cool. Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley and oregano together. Stuff into shells. Place in baking dish and pour stewed tomatoes over all. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Contains about 275 calories per serving. Yields 4 servings.
