Stuffed pita pockets
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- pita loaf for each sandwich - 1 item
How to make stuffed pita pockets:
Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan. Saute the onion for 5 minutes. Add meat, salt, pepper, parsley and tomatoes. Mix well. Cook over medium heat. Stir until meat browns.
