Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- chopped green onion - 1 Tbsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- softened margarine - 1/4 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely. Combine stems, cheese, softened margarine and onion. Place the mixture into the mushroom caps. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until the filling has melted and is slightly golden brown. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
