Ingredients/Components

  • medium or 12 large mushrooms - 18 item
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • scallions, chopped, including tops - 2 item
  • slices bread, crumbled - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pinch of pepper - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 3 Tbsp
  • dry white wine or light cream - 1 Tbsp

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems; save stems for filling. Place caps, hollow side up, in shallow baking dish or pie plate. Arrange larger ones to outside and smaller ones inside. Chop stems finely; combine with margarine and scallions in pan and saute
