Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- medium or 12 large mushrooms - 18 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- scallions, chopped, including tops - 2 item
- slices bread, crumbled - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 3 Tbsp
- dry white wine or light cream - 1 Tbsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems; save stems for filling. Place caps, hollow side up, in shallow baking dish or pie plate. Arrange larger ones to outside and smaller ones inside.
