Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 4 Tbsp
- onions, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- large mushrooms, stems removed - 8 item
- stems, chopped fine - 8 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Melt butter. Add onions; cook until soft. Mix stems, crumbs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper together. Add onions. Fill caps; brown in skillet in butter for 3 minutes. Broil mushrooms for 3 minutes. Serves 2.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
