Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 item
  • mushrooms - 1 item
  • small can deviled ham - 1 item
  • slices picked bread - 2 item

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Cut stems off mushrooms, chop and put in frying pan with butter. Saute until light brown. Put tops into a bowl, pour boiling water over them and steam for 5 minutes. Pour water off and stuff with dressing.

For stuffing, mix onions, salt, pepper, parsley, bread, ham and Worcestershire sauce. Add sauteed mushroom stems. Put stuffed mushrooms on tray and bake. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Best served hot.
