Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 2 item
- stalks celery - 3 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg
- tomato - 1 item
- cucumbers - 2 item
How to make vegetable spread:
Place in blender with water and chop. Drain and reserve 3 tablespoons liquid. Heat liquid with gelatin until softened. Cool and add salt and pepper. Add vegetables, mayonnaise, cream cheese and lemon juice. Good sandwich spread.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Spreads.
