Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed mushroom caps:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Cut 1/2 of the stems into tiny pieces. Mix with rest of ingredients. Stuff mushroom caps. Broil 5 to 8 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Pork.
