Stuffed manicotti
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- oregano - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- manicotti shells or 24 large macaroni shells, cooked and drained - 14 item
How to make stuffed manicotti:
Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain and cool. Add Cheddar, cottage and Mozzarella cheeses and mayo. Mix well. Carefully spoon into shells and place in a large casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
