Ingredients/Components
- loaf Italian bread - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- can celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make stuffed bread:
Cut off top of bread; make trough by removing insides. Cook beef; drain off fat. Add onion, bell pepper, soups and crumbled insides of bread to ground meat; mix well. Stuff filling in bread trough. Top with grated cheese. Put top back on loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Taste/mood.
