- egg - 1 item
- bell peppers - 6 item
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 c
- bell pepper, diced - 1/2 c
- rice Minute rice, uncooked
- large can tomato sauce special - 1 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Cut peppers in half and clean out. Set in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients saving 1/3 of tomato sauce. Pack meat mixture into peppers; pour the remaining tomato sauce over the tops of peppers. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Peppers.
