- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- slices bacon - 3 item
- cooked, pared, thickly sliced potatoes - 6 item
How to make country-fried potatoes:
In large heavy skillet, fry bacon. Remove bacon and crumble. In bacon drippings, cook potatoes, onion and pepper. Season to taste and cook over low fire until potatoes are browned. Add in bacon and stir.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Very low carbs.
