Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • potatoes - 6 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped ham - 1 c
  • egg white, stiffly beaten - 1 item
  • finely chopped mano pepper - 1 Tbsp

How to make stuffed baked potatoes:

Bake potatoes in hot oven at 425° about 1 hour. When cooked, cut slice from top of each and scoop out insides (being careful not to break skin). Mash; stir in milk and beat well. Mix in egg yolk, ham, onion, green pepper and butter. Fold in egg white and refill potato shells. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
